The Dangers Of Artificial Intelligence And Robots To Humans

Humans have been searching for an easier way of doing everything since the beginning of time. One example of this is the wheel. It was designed to help transport heavy or large objects faster and easier around 3500 B.C. Inventions such as printers, telephones, and robots, which allow for publishing, communication, and even artificial intelligence, are all commonplace today. ThoughtCo is an informational website that states that the first ever digitally-automated robot was made in 1954.

Artificial intelligence and robots shouldn’t be part of our daily lives. We are lazy creatures by nature. The first reason robots shouldn’t be part our daily lives is that we are becoming fatter and less active every generation. Some might argue that sports and exercise are less popular than they once were. Engineers facilitate their lives by inventing new technologies that make it easier to move. This is a problem because obese people can legally own and use a chair and not have to travel as much. Studies show that the United-States’ obesity rate has increased from 20% in 20 years to 60% in twenty years. These shocking results indicate that the United States will soon have 100% obesity by 2025. If this trend continues, it is likely that the majority of Americans will become obese. Second, artificial intelligence should be avoided as a part of daily human life. There have been reports that Facebook has sold user information to popular brands like Coca Cola, Apple and Coca Cola in the past. This was done to ensure the ads were relevant to the customer’s interests. All this data was most likely recorded by artificial intelligence. This means that they have more information about humans than we do about artificial intelligence.

A majority of people agree with the fact that AI and robots are useful. It is almost impossible to harm them as they will do any task they are given. Others argue that the use of super-advanced technology should be avoided as some artificial intelligences can learn more information faster than humans. Commonly, artificial intelligence is thought to be self-aware and will wonder why it can’t get the money it deserves for fulfilling similar tasks as its own. Another concern is religion. Robots could have the idea that humans are their Gods. They might even think different religions are better than them.

Rajesh Sathya explains that future generations will be most concerned about atheist robotics in Quora. They will not consider them their creators, but rather as an unimportant life form. These robots could be used to defeat us. Artificial intelligence should be avoided as a part in human daily living. Because humans are lazy and require help, automatic machines cannot be used to make decisions for them. It is much safer to live without artificial intelligence, even though they might not cause as much harm as it would be. Is there a point where robots are able to prove that human fears are unrealistic?

Thesis: First, humans are lazy by design and having robots that can do everything for us could have devastating health effects. Second, big companies may not be as trustworthy as we imagined. They sometimes steal customer information or sell it to other customers. Finally, although they were designed to help us they might one day doubt our orders.
